Delaware, Ohio · 100% Volunteer-Run Nonprofit

More than a game.

Who we are, what we stand for, how we govern ourselves, and how you can get involved.

Growing athletes, building community

We support youth football and cheer in Delaware through honest governance, volunteer leadership, and community fundraising. Every kid who comes out here builds teamwork, grows confidence, and competes with character.

100% volunteer-run

Coached and led entirely by Delaware families.

501(c)(3) nonprofit

A registered public charity, so donations are tax-deductible.

Nobody gets paid

No board member or coach takes a dime.

Every dollar to the kids

Programs, fields, equipment, and affordable registration.

Pacers Family

A team that celebrates together

Nothing caps a season like the players giving the coaches the cold-water treatment. This is what community looks like at the Jr Pacers.

Season-end tradition — the players get the last laugh.

Our Coaches

The people behind the Pacers

Every coach here is a volunteer who shows up for someone else's kids, season after season. Pick a team to meet its staff. Photos, and a bit about why each coach shows up, are on the way.

Leadership

Board & governance

Jr Pacers is run by a volunteer Board of Directors and Class Representatives. Every decision is made in the best interest of the athletes and families.

President

Chairs board meetings, oversees operations, and serves as the primary representative of the organization.

Kevin Jenks

Vice President

Supports the President, steps in as needed, and oversees volunteer coordination.

TJ Skillen

Treasurer

Manages accounts, maintains financial records, and presents the budget for the annual vote.

Bobby Smith

Secretary

Records meeting minutes, handles correspondence, and confirms meeting logistics.

Natasha Jenks

Football Coordinator

Coordinates the football program's families — practices, communication, and game-day logistics — and brings parents' questions to the board.

Lauren Skillen

Cheer Coordinator

Leads the cheer program and represents cheer families at the board table, so every squad has a direct line to leadership.

Standards

Code of conduct

These expectations apply to everyone in the Jr Pacers community — coaches, parents, players, and cheerleaders. Respect isn't optional here.

  • Respect comes first — every person, every role, every time.
  • Sportsmanship matters. How you win and lose says everything.
  • Safety is non-negotiable, physical and emotional.
  • Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or intimidation.
  • No negative public or social-media commentary about the program.

Consequences escalate progressively — verbal warning, removal from the game or event, suspension, then further action. Severe violations may skip steps. The board has final authority on all conduct matters.

Affordability

No child left out

We have some of the lowest registration fees in our league, and need-based scholarships are available and completely confidential. We ask athletes to take part in fundraising first, and the board works with every family to find a path.
