Jr Pacers does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We use information to operate youth football and cheer programs, serve families, process donations and fundraising, maintain records, and respond to questions.

Information we may collect

  • Parent, guardian, volunteer, donor, or sponsor names and contact information, including email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Athlete names, ages, birth dates, grade levels, team information, health or emergency information, and participation records.
  • Registration, scholarship, fundraising, sponsorship, donation, and communication information.
  • Website-use information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic analytics data.

Donation and payment information

Stripe handles card details

Our on-site donation experience uses Stripe to securely process payments. Jr Pacers may receive and retain the donor name, email address, amount, transaction record, and any optional dedication or message. Card numbers and bank details are entered into Stripe’s payment fields and are not stored on the Jr Pacers website.

Registration and fundraising services may use TeamLinkt or other trusted providers. Those providers process information under their own privacy and security practices.

How information is used

  • Register athletes, form teams, verify eligibility, and manage participation.
  • Share schedules, locations, weather changes, safety information, and organization announcements.
  • Coordinate volunteers, coaching requirements, equipment, uniforms, and events.
  • Process donations, sponsorships, fees, and fundraising activity and maintain appropriate financial records.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide support, improve the website, and comply with legal or league requirements.

Jr Pacers Cares requests

Information submitted through Jr Pacers Cares is used only to review the family’s request, communicate about available options, and coordinate approved support. Requests are handled confidentially and access is limited to authorized representatives who need the information for that purpose.

Youth information

Youth information is provided by a parent or legal guardian for program administration and safety. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly through this website without parent or guardian involvement and consent.

When eligibility must be verified, families may be asked to show a birth certificate and school document. Organization representatives may create the limited verification records described on the Fall Tackle roster and documentation policy.

When information may be shared

We share information only when needed to operate the program or comply with the law. This may include:

  • Coaches, authorized volunteers, Board members, league officials, and event partners who need the information for their role.
  • Service providers that support registration, communication, payments, background checks, website hosting, or other operations.
  • Government, legal, insurance, medical, or safety authorities when required or reasonably necessary to protect a person or the organization.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people who need information for an authorized purpose. No system can guarantee absolute security. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for program, financial, insurance, safety, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to review or correct your information, update communication preferences, or raise a privacy concern by emailing chris@jrpacersfootball.com. Some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal, insurance, financial, league, or safety obligations.
