By using this website or participating in Jr Pacers Youth Football & Cheer activities, you agree to follow these terms, the registration agreements that apply to your program, and all safety and conduct policies communicated by the organization.
Jr Pacers Youth Football & Cheer is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving families in Delaware, Ohio. We may revise this website, correct errors, or update these terms when programs or legal requirements change.
Website information
We work to keep schedules, dates, program details, fees, and other website information accurate. Youth sports plans can change because of weather, field availability, league decisions, volunteer capacity, safety needs, or other circumstances. TeamLinkt and direct organization messages are the official sources for active-team updates.
You may use this site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use Jr Pacers content or branding in a misleading or unlawful way.
Registration and participation
Program participation is subject to space, eligibility, completed registration, required documentation, payment, team formation, and compliance with Jr Pacers and league rules. Families may also be required to accept waivers, medical releases, player agreements, and codes of conduct during registration.
Jr Pacers may limit, suspend, or end participation when a participant or associated adult violates safety requirements, conduct standards, league rules, or organizational policies. Depending on the timing and circumstances, removal may occur without a refund.
Payments, donations, and fundraising
Program payments
Registration fees and other program charges help cover insurance, fields, equipment, officials, uniforms, league costs, and organization operations.
Donations and sponsorships
Contributions support the charitable mission of Jr Pacers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations are unrestricted and may be used where the organization determines the need is greatest.
Online donations are processed by Stripe, and some registration or fundraising transactions may be processed by TeamLinkt or another third-party provider. Those providers apply their own terms and privacy practices. Jr Pacers does not control their systems.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and require Board approval. Refunds may be unavailable or limited after the organization has committed funds for insurance, league fees, equipment, uniforms, events, or other participant-specific costs.
Safety and assumption of risk
Football, cheer, camps, practices, games, travel, fundraising events, and volunteer activities involve inherent risks. Parents or guardians acknowledge those risks and are responsible for completing all required waivers, medical releases, and health disclosures. Participants must follow coach instructions, use required safety equipment, and report injuries or symptoms promptly.
Conduct and communications
All athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, spectators, and staff must follow the Jr Pacers Code of Conduct. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, threats, unsafe behavior, and abusive or disruptive conduct are not permitted.
Concerns should be raised calmly through the appropriate coach, coordinator, or Board channel—not during a game or practice and not through public or social-media criticism.
Third-party links and services
This site links to services and websites operated by others, including TeamLinkt, Stripe, Winners Wardrobe, map providers, social platforms, governing bodies, and sponsors. A link does not make Jr Pacers responsible for the availability, security, content, products, or policies of those services. Please review a provider’s terms before using it.
