Families can expect volunteer coaches and Board members to focus on athlete safety, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and clear communication throughout the season.
Your role on the team
- Encourage effort and growth more than results.
- Support every athlete and keep the sideline positive.
- Trust coaches, officials, and volunteers to perform their roles.
- Help your athlete arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate.
- Review and follow the Parent Code of Conduct.
Schedules and communication
TeamLinkt is the official source for active-team schedules, locations, weather changes, reminders, announcements, and coach communication. Access is added automatically after registration—there is no team code to request.
Safety and player development
Jr Pacers programs use age-appropriate instruction and sport-specific safety expectations. Families should report injuries, illness, concussion symptoms, sudden cardiac arrest warning signs, or other safety concerns promptly and follow all medical clearance requirements.

Questions or financial help
Contact chris@jrpacersfootball.com with general questions. Need-based scholarships are available and confidential; the Board works with families to find a path so cost does not keep an eligible child from participating.
